Hollywood Takes Over Pinwheel

Hollywood descended on the Ellipsis Pinwheel project this week for the filming of several scenes for the film "Michelle Darnell," starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Bell, Peter Dinklage, Kristen Schall, Cecily Strong and many other great talents. The space was chosen by the film crew as the set for several scenes that were filmed on Tuesday. May 12th.  The Lake View bar/restaurant was (strangely) transformed temporarily into a Mexican Restaurant called "Burrito Sabrosa" and a Liquor Store called "Briar Liquor Mart."

"A titan of industry is sent to prison after she's caught for insider trading. When she emerges ready to rebrand herself as America's latest sweetheart, not everyone she screwed over is so quick to forgive and forget."

Seeing the space transformed and having the pleasure of meeting the actors was amazing.  We can't wait to see the film!
